a person like amir khan despite refusal by state govt. he filmed chinkara for his movie lagaan. Why do they do such acts - this is sick and should be punished
I think when you have a gun and you feel like that you would get away with it, then you would kill something this beautiful.
Only awareness about animals and their importance would deter people from killing them.
